• Complete the application by clicking the Register button.
  • You will receive a confirmation that your application was successfully submitted.
  • The application will be reviewed
  • An approval or denial email will be sent with a link to complete the registration for the booth.
• Full payment of the total licensing fee will be due upon application approval via credit card or check. 
• All requests for increases or decreases in exhibit space size must be submitted in writing.

The Management will invoice the Exhibitor for full payment of the total licensing fee, payable by the due date noted on the invoice. Exhibitors must pay the licensing fee by the due date on the invoice(s), or this contract may be cancelled at The Management’s option. In the event that the Exhibitor cancels this contract between November 20, 2026 and January 8, 2027, Exhibitor shall be liable for 50% of the total licensing fee. If the Exhibitor cancels this contract after January 8, 2027, the Exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the total licensing fee.

Any amount payable to ISSCC pursuant to this contract and not paid by the dates in the schedule below shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less. In the event the Exhibitor cancels or reduces space, Exhibitor shall be obligated to pay a percentage of the licensing fee as set forth below. However, the Exhibitor shall not be permitted to reduce space unless the Exhibitor has paid all amounts owed to The Management. Exhibitor agrees that the forfeitures provided for in this contract shall be considered liquidated damages for the late cancellation or reduction of space, and for the problems and losses caused to The Management associated with late cancellation or reduction of space.

Exhibit space must be licensed in 10′ × 10′ increments. Each license includes:

• An 8′ high backwall drape if needed, and 36″ high side rails (in-line booths only).
• A 7″ × 44″ identification sign with the Exhibitor’s name and booth number.
• General exhibit hall security service.
• Daily aisle cleaning service.
• A descriptive listing on the ISSCC 2027 website.
• Choice of SF Marriott accommodations at the ISSCC 2027 Conference rate.
• The right for the Exhibitor to bring up to 6 staff members to the Exhibition, for any
• role related to the Exhibition. These staff members will receive a free badge giving
• access to the exhibition floor on February 15–16, 2027 and to the plenary session
  on February 15, 2027. This badge will NOT provide access to any other part of the ISSCC Conference.
